Meet Our Team

Greg Hague

Greg Hague

I was attacked by a bear, crashed my motorcycle in Africa, and force-landed my plane on a remote island beach. I’ve done a lot of exciting things, but nothing has been as fun or rewarding as helping my real estate clients have a magnificent experience. While I am an attorney, bestselling author, speaker and nationally recognized home sale trainer, my greatest joy is helping you sell your home. I have been an Arizona resident since 1981, and I have been enjoying life in Scottsdale ever since.

Teresa Herriot

Teresa Herriot

I am the designated broker for Hague Partners. I was born and raised in Wyoming, but I traded the snow for rain when I moved to Washington. After 15 years building a successful printing/promotional business in Seattle, I relocated to Arizona in 1998 to start my real estate career. My main focus is business development. I live in Scottsdale with my three dogs. I have two grown daughters and two granddaughters. I enjoy photography, hiking and golf in my spare time.

David Newman

I sold over $100M in homes during the past 2 years, ranking among the top real estate agents in America. My primary focus is the luxury home market in Paradise Valley where I have been a leader for many years.  I was proud to win the “Rookie of the Year” award from one of the top international real estate brands in the world. Seeing the success at Hague Partners, I knew this was a dynamic and innovative team I wanted to work with.

David Harvey

15 years ago, I packed up and headed west from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I landed in Scottsdale with one goal in mind…lose the cold weather and enjoy the sun. Two years later I met my wife, and since then we’ve had five beautiful daughters. When I’m not painting nails or having tea parties, I’m enjoying the beautiful golf courses Arizona has to offer. I have found true career happiness through relationships and helping others achieve their dreams.

David Rucker

As a native, I’ve enjoyed everything our amazing state has to offer. I’m married to an amazing interior designer who has her hands full with our kids, sports, school activities and more. My oldest son Nolan is our newest team leader that inspires me every day to be the best broker I can be, plus it’s really fun working with my son and  protégé.

Jennifer Michaels

I have spent my entire career in sales, first in luxury apparel, and then real estate. Over the years, I have honed the ability to zero in on each client’s specific and unique needs. My motivation and level of service provide my clients with a customized approach to the buying and selling experience in Arizona. I love all things art, fashion, and design. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, and golfing.

I enjoy traveling, especially with my husband and 3 boys, to Pinetop. Jack Merten

At nineteen, I wanted to live faster and go farther than the south side of Chicago would allow so I enlisted in the Army. Later I came to my senses and began investing in rental properties in Texas. Family, fate and real estate brought me to Arizona in 1999. My daughter is in Houston real estate, my son is at ASU pursuing his career in the practice of medicine. Among my varied interests, my passion is golf…the game that slowly drives you insane.

James Carlisto Jr

I was born in San Jose, CA but my family and I moved to Arizona when I was young. I was raised in Gilbert, AZ, back when it was mostly dairy farms and cotton fields. The population back then was only 28,000 people and it has been fun watching the growth, not only in Gilbert, but throughout the entire East Valley. Prior to real estate, I was a Firefighter/Paramedic locally for 13 years. Due to an injury, I left the fire department and joined my father in the real estate business in 2013. I’ve had the pleasure of working in our small family real estate business and now I am even more excited to be a part of a larger family here at Hague Partners. When I’m not helping people sell their current home or helping them find their dream home I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife Ashley and I just had our first child Lincoln on 7/17/18. My real estate experience encompasses the residential landscape; from Relocation to the traditional seller and buyer, First time home buyers, luxury homes, and investors.

My focus in any transaction is to make sure my clients receive the absolute best representation possible by ensuring their interests are protected throughout the process. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and I am so proud to call this state my home. Like everyone who grew up in Arizona I have always loved the outdoors! I am truly my happiest when I am out in the wilderness with my friends just enjoying each others company and taking in the beautiful scenery. I am also extremely passionate about music and take every chance I can get to go to a concert! Last year my favorite band was in town so I messaged the drummer asking for tickets to surprise my sister, by luck he saw my message and gave us free tickets! It was one of the best nights of my life and it taught me the importance of taking a chance and reaching out to people because usually the worst they can say is “no”. I love people and making connections which is why I believe that real estate is such an amazing career and I am so excited to be starting my real estate journey with Hague Partners!

Bre Roberts

Born and raised in Colorful Colorado. I moved to Arizona to attend ASU for my undergrad in Exercise Science and Business and intuitively knew this would be my forever home. I graduated with honors as my family pushed me to be the best version of myself from a very young age…I tried the corporate arena but always knew something was missing so I took a leap of faith and went all-in with Real Estate. I fell in love instantaneously with going above and beyond to ensure that my client’s experience, whether it be buying or selling, is streamlined and flawless. My biggest mission is for my clients to have a phenomenal experience working with me while getting the best deal possible. No matter their wants or needs, I’ll be honest every step of the way and do everything in my power to make that happen. In my free time, you can catch me finding my next adventure, digging my head in a book, or pushing my body to the next level.

I then moved to the U.S. in 2011 and have not regretted that step once. Since then I have been very successful in the hospitality industry and was able to gain extensive customer service and luxury experience during my 10 year career. I recently translated this experience into the real estate arena and am excited to work with my clients and provide outstanding service and guidance.

I was born and raised in Arizona, attended U of A and graduated from Walter Cronkite at ASU. I was a broadcast journalist, but my love for sales brought me to Houston, Texas where I was a Territory Manager for a pharmaceutical company. A promotion took me home to Arizona with a role in product management and marketing, and eventually, Vice President of Operations. My passion for sales, marketing, and real estate, allow my clients to achieve their dreams with the endless possibilities in the Arizona market. I love hiking, working out, sports, spending time with my friends and family and just having fun! I also enjoy home projects and I’m always finding things to repurpose or decorate. I’m honored to be a part of the Hague Partner’s team and work alongside my dad!

Transplanted from Cape Cod, MA right out of Business College, I spent the next 15+ years in the hospitality industry. I then parlayed my customer service and sales experience into a rewarding career in Real Estate where I continue to enjoy this ever-changing, never dull industry. I have traveled to six countries, some more than once and still can’t imagine living anywhere but here in the beautiful Valley of the Sun. I have found my home with Hague Partners. See you at the closing table

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I moved to Arizona in 2008 to attend Northern Arizona University on a springboard and platform diving scholarship. In 2019 I married my best friend Steven and we have a cute little chiweenie named Bailey. As a native Oregonian, I love spending my time outdoors hiking and when it is hot, I love to go swimming.
