David is a Phoenix native and most proud for raising four successful daughters. He served as a Phx. Police Detective serving Auto Theft, Assaults and night Homicide Detective. He is an Arizona State Alumnus and a devoted Sun Devil fan. His experience in real estate over the last 23 years covers all aspects of residential real estate including listing agent, Investment properties, short sales and also working with Developer’s land purchases. He has managed a four-step rental home buying program. He loves Tennis, Racquetball, Pickleball, cooking, a Munds Park property owner and of course, invests in real estate.
