Real Estate services is my passion. I was raised in Laguna Hills California. I was made aware of advantages of home ownership and rental properties from my father who was a part time real estate broker. Additionally, my best friends father owned a mortgage company. I heard the war stories from the Real Estate perspective and the home lending perspective. I always felt there could be a more user friendly experience for the consumer to help avoid the ” war stories ” I heard about. Upon graduation from Arizona State University my first career job in 1998 was a loan originator for home loans. Several years thereafter I expanded my services and became a licensed Realtor. Since than I have created the most convenient one stop shop to sell, buy or finance a home. In addition to helping clients, I enjoy my wife, 4 kids, first grandchild, dogs and coaching competitive high school and club here locally in the boy’s volleyball circle.
