Chad Brower
Chad has been married for 22 years and has 3 wonderful children. He was born in Illinois and moved to Chandler, AZ in 1985. He currently resides in Gilbert, AZ. He has been an AZ licensed Realtor since January 2001, having spent 11 years at Keller Williams, then the past 11 years at HomeSmart, before joining the 72Sold team in December 2022! The past 8 years he has been a very part-time Realtor, while owning and running his and his wife’s furniture and home decor resale store, The Furnished House. Before real estate, Chad was a personal fitness trainer. He loves staying active and working out. He is also a commercial actor and model whom you may see on a Peter Piper Pizza, SRP or USAA commercial! Chad loves his family, friends and clients and absolutely loves putting his customers first and helping them navigate through buying and selling real estate.

A busboy at Chop's restaurant in Chandler (no longer in business)

A successful closing the day before and being able to have a great family day, then having drinks with friends in the evening on a patio!
