Jim Carlisto joins Hague Partners as a seasoned real estate agent with over 24 years of experience. His success in this industry is impressive, but if you ask Jim how he measures his success, he will tell you he does so by counting the growing number of clients that have become life-long friends. Jim has been a resident of Gilbert since 1989 and has watched the landscape change dramatically from 28,000 to almost 300,000 strong.

Born in Oceanside, CA Jim has been an entrepreneur since age 5 and was always working on money-making ventures. At age 10, Jim got a job at a golf course, working on the greens crew and washing golf carts.  Jim chased his dream of becoming a professional golfer on the PGA tour but discovered that being a very good golfer was not the same as being a very great golfer. He started in the jewelry industry in 1981 and worked his way up to a general manager, overseeing three jewelry stores here in Phoenix. Jim’s love for sales and marketing led him to real estate.
