Jason was raised in Cincinnati, OH, and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business before moving to Arizona in 1999. He worked with Hague Partners in 2000 and was a top sales producer through 2006 until joining the executive management team at the University of Phoenix. During his 15 year career there, he specialized in management and data analytics pinpointing down the strengths and weaknesses of the company, which translated into more effective leadership and performance outcomes. Jason earned his Human Resource Management certificate while at UoP, to better learn the employment laws and strategies around a successful organization. In 2007, Jason was married to Sara Mills in Alpine, WY. He has a stepson named Logan who attends Explorer Middle School. They do their best to head back to WY as often as possible for family vacations. Their long-term goal is to have their main home in Cave Creek but also a summertime home in Wyoming as well.
