Mark Cain joins Hague Partners with extensive experience in real estate marketing – from single family homes to luxury second-residence shared ownership. His 30-plus year career demonstrates passion and commitment to building asset value and to facilitating sales with maximum returns for owners. Mark has been nationally recognized for his early development and execution of real estate marketing strategies for three global portfolios of luxury residences (nearly $500M in combined value), private residence clubs and condo hotels. His first industry experience in the early 1990’s included the developer launch of Troon North and subdivision marketing for Pinnacle Views in Scottsdale, Arizona. As an Arizona native, Mark was a ball boy for the Phoenix Suns in 1978-79. Ironically, Mark created the Courtside Club in 2004 as a marketing partner with the Phoenix Suns. Mark and his wife enjoy living in Cave Creek and visiting their two sons, Zac and Max.

The Crisis of the Old Order by Arthur Schlessinger (1957) which covers the age of Roosevelt.

Favorite charitable cause?

Planet Water Foundation where I was a member of the board of directors and found incredible satisfaction bringing clean drinking water systems to communities in 15 countries across Asia and Latin America.

Phoenix Suns Ballboy

Your passions?

Cooking. My wife has named our house C-food "Cain" food, where we entertain our close friends.

Wine tastings in Healdsburg, CA and Knight's Valley.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.

Playing guitar and building Legos
