Reflecting on my years of success in real estate, I realize it’s no accident. No doubt, classes in bookkeeping and accounting in college helped and over 25 years of Administrative Assistant work in one form or another with 4 years as a licensed insurance agent certainly afforded me valuable experience in administrative skills, evaluation of people’s needs and crafting optimal solutions. But, most surprisingly, it’s the subsequent 9-year career in law enforcement that enriched my career skills the most, and whose learned skills have proven to be most valuable for my career in real estate. I worked two years as a Certified Evidence Technician for the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. In that position I learned to read, understand, and effectively address people’s varied situations, concerns and needs. — The most valuable skill for an effective real estate agent. I focus my persistence and devotion to each client to help them find a HOME SWEET HOME!
