Bob Carlson

An Arizona native, Bob grew up in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, attending Arizona for undergrad and ASU for an MBA. (BEAR DOWN). Following grad school in 1994, he worked for Hewlett-Packard’s engineering arm as an internal financial consultant for R&D and marketing, and also as a district sales manger for HP’s captive-finance team. Bob began residential real estate sales in Downtown San Diego in 2003, and sold all over San Diego County for 12 years, prior to joining the family real estate practice in Scottsdale in 2015. Since then, he has sold hundreds of homes in the Valley, focusing on leadership through integrity and a genuine focus on relationship building. Bob is passionate about serving others, and recently stepped down after a 5 year term on Homeward Bound Az’s board of director, where he served as Vice Chair and Development Chair. When he’s not selling real estate, he enjoys attending CCV Church, long distance swims, and being a leader in the recovery community.
